Squash

My little girl has a strong dislike for water but will drink squash every time it's offered. We give her the squash that we drink which is the Tesco own brand squash (no added sugar juice drink with sweeteners), we dilute it a lot. I have searched online for answers as to what kind of squash is best for toddlers but there is limited info, the general consensus is that drinks with sweeteners are not safe for toddlers. Is it therefore better to offer a diluted sugary squash like Ribena? What are you all giving your babies? X

We use Rocks as it's natural flavourings xx

I give squash to my older boy and just don't look at the ingredient list lol ignorance is bliss! For my one year old we sometimes put fresh lemon/lime/cucumber in her water just to mix things up xxx

Altho now I know about rocks I'll give that a go! X

Only water, or milk. Sugar and sweeteners are very harmful for toddlers.

Why, @Julia ?
