Can you mix breast milk with formula? Also what are some recommendations for toys for a three month old ?

Heyy, for a 3 month old, the contrast crinkle books are the best! If you can find contrast soft toys, that would be good too. Definitely kept my baby entertained! I'm not sure about mixing the milk, sorry
Yes you can totally mix it. Make the formula like usual the amount you want to do. Then pour in the breastmilk
Warm up the breastmilk first if you’re wanting to then mix
Depends on the formula. I combi feed and use Aptamil which is made for combi feeding. So I will mix a bottle of half formula and half pumped breastmilk as it’s designed for that purpose ☺️ My 3m old right now likes just watching his sister and has a little mirror and colourful book he looks at at tummy time. Sensory blankets like the crinkly silver recovery blankets are great and super cheap. You can lay them on them and they crinkle as they move and reflect light.
