Advice

My neighbors who happen to be related to my husband keep getting new dogs without getting any of them fixed. they’ve had four litters of puppies in the past year. I’ve found homes for majority of them because they aren’t being taken care of. When I moved here I had 1 dog who was neutered. I now have one of the mama dogs and three of her pups, and two girls from the other mama one of them is half blind so no one wanted her. I can’t afford to have all of my dogs fixed so I plan on fixing all of the girls. My question is should I confront the neighbors about not being responsible pet owners or just keep keeping the peace for the sake of my husband? We live around most of his family.
