Jealousy Issues?

I am 21 with 2U2 and have been happily married for over two years. I am a SAHM and due to our financial circumstances I never have to work, only if I want to. We have a brand new car, a beautiful home, while many are struggling in the economy especially with the tariff issues and inflation in the USA. We did all of this ourselves without any support from family I have been on my own since 18. We have luxury items like prada purses, gucci, chanel, ect and go on Disney vacations. We never flaunt this as I am not on social media my friends in person just see me with the items and know my circumstances. We are also Catholic, so I never have to worry about the side effects of contraception or sterilizing myself we don't use NFP either and can supports lots of children as we are homeschooling. I've lost so many friends due to jealousy. Most wealthier families are much older. Struggling to make friends. Help. I'm tired of pretending to have money issues to fit in with friends it's dishonest and wrong on my part to lie.
