What kind of diet are we doing? Not as in dieting/calories counting but what sort of foods to feel full whilst feeding

Of a night time I eat cereal bars that are high in oats and for breakfast I often have granola and natural yoghurt x

I have a cereal bar in the middle of the night, usually porridge for breakfast, lunch is usually sandwich/quiche and dinner is whatever my husband makes but standard meals pasta/chilli/curry etc. snacks are usually a smoothie (fruit, coconut water and protein powder), scotch egg or biscuits!

@Hannah oh I fancy that smoothie!

@Lizzy I use a banana, about 150g of frozen berries a scoop of vanilla protein powder and 200ml of coconut water it gets some fruit in me, plus protein and hydration from the coconut water
