They said t me that if I don’t get a phone call then it’s all good I had mine at 26 am 39+3 & I didn’t hear nothing back

The results would be ready from the lab within 24hrs but the midwives will likely check them after 48hrs to be sure they’re back. They might do this Sunday or Monday depending on workload though. Any urgent results you’d be notified quicker.

i had my GTT test done and received a call the following day around lunchtime to say it was positive and i had GD. they take it very seriously so i had to go straight there to get my testing kit etc, so if you had your test on Friday and have not been contacted, then you’re negative. I was told they’d call but that if i didn’t hear from them, then it’s likely that the test was fine (so when i saw the number calling me i knew it was positive haha). i was told i could call to find out results but generally they don’t contact unless positive xx
