Hi Everyone.

Is it me or is it really hard to make mum friends even with this app. I'm desperately trying to find my "mum tribe" but it's just not working. I'm outgoing and put myself out there! Not sure what else to do. I'm looking for someone who genuinely wants to chat and get to know others. I've been on this app since my daughter who's now 6 was little, managed to make a few friends but since my son who's now 2 came along I feel like it's much harder. People seem to want to speak to people who have kids their little ones ages, or conversations fizzle out after 1 or 2 days. Motherhood is difficult some days, I'm pretty sure we all have many bad days as well as good, and it would just be nice to have someone to rant to and meet up with occasionally during this crazy journey. I’ve been trying so hard to be friendly for so long and it's just pointless. So how do people do it? How do people manage to make friends in a place where no one is interested? I guess I am just struggling to understand. Are other mums not craving socialisation? * 38 year old mum with 2 children *
