Do you sit and have your breakfast with her and make a game of it. My daughter is nearly 5 now and still likes to eat her breakfast with me

Have you tried letting her pick ? Might not be successful but worth a try xx

My nephew is exactly the same. He says ‘no stop that’ when you ask him to eat it and even covers his ears so he cant hear you asking him. It is a tricky age and I think people either forget or have rose tinted glasses on when remembering that age because they are so bloody stubborn🤣
