Sex after normal vaginal delivery

We tried at 6 weeks and it was so sore for me we had to stop. I think it was a bit better around 8-12 weeks x

They say 6 weeks but I was stupid after having my first baby was at it after a week and a half my body was ready so was I but overall a stupid decision before anyone comes at me saying how much of a risk I put myself at. But after my second it was a good month or so because me and the kids dad weren’t in an overly good place x

I waited 6 weeks! But regret it a little cause i felt like a virgin again. It was uncomfortable

Hi mama, I waited about 7 1/2 weeks. But if you do plan on getting sexually active again after vaginal delivery, please use a lube that you're comfortable with just to be comfortable. That's what i was informed by my doctor to use, I've tried it and it made it less uncomfortable for me, but of course everyone is different. :)
