Can anyone help/recommend something for my daughters skin tried multiple over the counter creams/steriods etc nothing is working

Child’s farm moisturiser! Couple times a day, every day and then use their bath time products too!
We've been struggling with my son's too and had tried all the usual parrafin based creams but wasn't helping. I've recently been spraying affected skin with Vital Baby Hygiene Aquaint Cleansing Water followed by moisturising with Nelson's Calendula Cream (both from boots) and it's helped sooth the skin a lot x
My son has really bad eczema the only thing that’s worked wonders is balmonds skin salvation and drought secret
Could try Tropic's Tamanu Balm?
My daughters turned out to be food allergies - our immunologist said eczema is always a reaction to something, be it food or environmental. Antihistamines help take away the initial itch and we found the E45 Itch Relief cream helped too
