Selling on vinted Donating to charity
Vacuum bags and storing it. I got into my pre baby clothes. I wouldn’t be so hasty to chuck them away yet!
Depends how long ago you had baby I think. Definitely keep until your weight has settled post partum! I was size 14-16 when I got pregnant, though I’d never fit into any of it again, then lost 5st over the first 6-8m after birth and went down to 10-12 and had no clothes😂
Bit of both really. Getting rid of some things, keeping others. I currently weigh less than before I got pregnant with my son (he's 4), but my shape has changed a bit so things don't fit the same.
I'm 6 months pp and I still haven't tried anything different than leggins 😂 Pretty sure the tops will be fine. Fortunately, I lost quite a bit of weight before the pregnancy, so I still have stuff that should be more comfortable
I bought a couple pairs that fit now cause I got tired of leggings, but I’m keeping the old ones for a bit longer just in case.
I regret getting rid of loads my clothes when I was pregnant because I've gone back to my pre pregnancy size! I gave so much to the charity because I was huge and thought I will never fit these again but I did!!!
Completely forgot to mention I am 11 months PP and can’t imagine ever fitting into some of my clothes again 🙈
@Lara would love to know how you lost the weight as I am struggling so much 11 months PP! I do think going back to work soon may help with my eating habits! I have been back in the gym for a few months but worry that will be a struggle once I’m back in work again!
@Giorgia same! 😂 11 months PP and leggings are pretty much the only size 12 thing I’ve tried 🙈😂
I kept losing weight until probably 14 months PP and ended up below my pre pregnancy weight. I was still breastfeeding which I think was the main contributor.
If you are breastfeeding, that can affect it too. Some people lose weight quicker because of it and others don’t lose weight until they stop. What I heard is it takes 9 months to make a baby so it makes sense that it would take at least that long for things to settle after. I am planning to keep my old stuff or at least some favorites until probably 2 years- but part of that is the budget is tight since I stay at home. lol.
The bits that no longer fit in selling on Vinted
Selling things on vinted if I'm not planning on wearing them again, and sorted the rest into piles based on how easily they will be for breastfeeding and how likely I'll be able to fit/feel comfortable in them right after baby comes. I've also tried to stick to maternity clothes that are feeding friendly.
