Childcare recommendations

I’m only 2 weeks postpartum and I’m already dreading going back to work because I don’t have any family here in Dallas to take care of baby while I’m working. Looking into childcare facilities but my schedule is sometimes later in the evening. Please send any suggestions or prayers my way lol 🥹😩
