Single - want to know when to start dating again

Hi everyone, me and my ex broke things off in October last year after seven years, i was pregnant at the time and I had my daughter 4 weeks ago , i also have a two year old… how long would you wait to start dating/ going on dating apps? I’m not in a rush , but can feel a bit lonely at times with no adult conversation and companion.
