Old nipple piercing
I’m having a few issues with an old nipple piercing I removed in 2021! Is there any piercers in this group who can offer advice?!

I can squeeze white/yellow out of the hole and sometimes it comes out the middle!
Neosporin & sea salt water. Warm compress.
Also recommend "airing" the effected nipple.
I happens twice a month! Thank you xx
