Could have written this myself!! My little girl has always loved food and sometimes cries when it is finished. If I let her I'm sure she would just eat all day! I read something that said they can't overeat as they will let you know when they have had enough but I'm not sure my little girl would ever say no!! She spends most of her day saying snack 🙈😆

😂😂😂 I laugh because I can relate. I’ve asked this question many times but still don’t know how to tell they’ve eaten enough. I feel their stomach to see if they have had enough.

I'm on a few BLW groups on fb, and it's quite a common question on them. The admins in the group always advise that toddlers can't overeat. At this age, they don't understand the concept of eating past the point of being full, so they will stop when they've eaten enough 😊 x
