Cheese, berries, apple, oranges, pickles, bell peppers, broccoli, beef sticks, salami

These are all things I give my 1yr old for snacks

We did baby led weaning. Before age 1 it was always bottle/breast first and then we offered baby whatever we were having. Obviously the food was modified for baby led weaning. We didn't really do a whole lot of snacks before age 1. Sometimes if we were out baby would get a packaged snack or if I was eating something that I could safely give him or if I had packed something that was leftover from another meal. Snacks started once we had the 3 solid meals down and had started weaning from bottles. Our go to snacks were yogurt and fruit, and naan with cream cheese or hummus when we were home. When out and about my go to was to make homemade chicken nuggets with ground chicken or turkey and then used a food processor to add in whatever veggies we had at home, cheese, and spices, then rolled them in bread crumbs and baked.

Cheerios, any cut up fruit, pancake muffins (just make the pancake mix and add fruits and bake), plain full fat Greek yogurt with fruit or just plain, soft breads with thin layers of nut butter or peanut butter or mashed berries. Apple sauce, I’m sure there’s more lol but that’s what I can think of 😬 when my son was 10 months he loved strawberries and plain crackers and cheerios.

Anything can be cut up and served as a snack for clean eating (basically any fruit, vegetable, or cheese). Add some peanut butter to the fruit for fat and protein. Everything else I serve is just part of a meal/ would be an entree in my opinion. But here’s our favorite packaged snacks you may consider: Freeze dried apples Freeze dried strawberries Freeze dried yogurt drops Simple Mills sweet thins Annie’s bunnies Raisins

I didn't give snacks often to my daughter at 10 months. But when I did it was fruit and cooked veg or the odd crisps here and there
