This is my third and finding it super difficult to workout or even just get some movement in. I promised myself an active pregnancy this time but man is it ever hard to find the time while working full time and taking care of 2 other kids!
Pregnant with number 2 and I severely underestimated how hard pregnant with a toddler can be. On top of just returning back to work in Feb. Does anyone else feel huge?? I’ve heard subsequent babies you show earlier but I feel like I’m 40wks when I’m only 25wk 🫠
Happy Friday!! I’ve been focusing more on self-care lately. Getting up and moving even when I’m tired, eating foods that actually make me feel good, and I just booked an acupuncture appointment which I’m excited about! Trying to stay present and not stress too much about the future.
