Help settle gross debate: Someone wears no underwear for a day, instead wears sweatpants/jeans etc. Do these trousers now go straight to the wash or can they be used again?

Men don't get discharge like women so it's not really comparable. Their underwear doesn't get dirty like ours do. So it's like wearing a pj top multipul times. As long as they've got a clean bum at least. Some people I have learnt thanks to the Internet don't wipe properly and some don't wipe at all (and don't use a bidet)
@Helen But with that logic they can reuse underwear too? Still gross with ball sweat, urine leftover (so many men just shake it) etc 🥲
