GP’s or nurses

I’m waiting on a call back from 111 re my own temperature (fever/chills). Am I supposed to take ibuprofen and paracetamol every 2 hours even in the hours of the day where my temperature is normal? I’ve been doing it when my temperature is high but it’s just not touching the sides 😞
