Ask to see certificates in first aid etc, ask how they discipline, safeguarding, if they will follow your schedule, ages of others they look after, DBS checks of anyone in the household. Observe how they are with other children, sleeping arrangements
Best advice i can give is trust your gut and watch how your baby responds. It will give you a better judgement than any reports or certificates x
Hey lovely !! I worked in nursery I would say the best things to look out for are OFSTED reports , reviews also , and how your visit days are just keep an eye out on how their interactions things that their monitoring, especially around snack and sleep times and see if their writing it all down too. And just really take note off the room what sensory things are in their what’s in the wall and their group plays. Your settling in session will really give you feel x
