What does everyone give their baby for finger foods/BLW? I need ideas please 🥹

My baby has baby rice and banana for breakfast and then some sort of veggie puree I make her for dinner- sometimes it’s just one veggie but most of the time it’s 2/3 different ones combined. She eats soooo well, she’ll finish the whole thing and wants more which is great however she won’t eat anything on her own. She just squishes it in her hand. She puts everything and anything in her mouth apart from her food 😂 I would like to encourage her to feed herself as I keep seeing babies her age eating with spoons etc and I just don’t get how because she wouldn’t be able to scoop the puree up and feed it to herself. I also want her to have more solids too but no idea how as she won’t eat it and I’m terrified of her choking. Anyone has any ideas on what I could give her solids wise? What’s everyone doing?

I have given my baby cheese omelette, toast with butter, different fruits, baby biscuits, melty puffs.

I started with small sticks of cooked potato and offered it to my little one and he took a bite of it and then spat it out for the first few tries and then he decided to start trying to chew it. After a week or so of trying this twice a day at lunch and dinner he started trying to pick it up, the first times he did squish it but then tried to put it toward his mouth, now he manages to pick them up and bite them properly

Those babies you're seeing with spoons wouldn't be loading the spoons themselves at this age, the parents preload and hand over/put on their plate x We do blw and still mostly boiled/steamed veg. He was mostly playing for the first 3ish weeks but now started eating much more of it. His favourite are cucumber sticks, steamed broccoli florets and chicken served in finger-sized strips. If you are scared I would start with soft veg just without mashing it yourself x
