Newly single. Any help

Very toxic and very unhappy relationship. found out my BD has been gambling all of our money away and stolen from me - my daughter and his family to cover loans etc. Absolutely terrified doing this on my own. Finances, hard nights and general new baby/life stress. We can’t communicate and I don’t particularly want to. Any advice or help. Especially to do with courts, applications to make etc. Thanks 🤍
