Baby monitors

Help!! I can’t figure out which baby monitor I want. Why are they either $400 or $20 it’s so confusing lol I want a camera that goes over her crib on a stand so I can see directly over her, with audio. I also want her dad and I to be able to see the live feed on our phones. Anyone have a camera they love??
