@Nathalie well to start it was a completely unnecessary c-section. it was non-emergent, i was 8 cm dilated. they LITERALLY just wanted my son out faster and wouldn’t let me refuse. the way they tugged on me just didn’t feel normal at all. not to mention the lack of postpartum care. they never once looked at my scar while i was in the hospital, even made me take my OWN wound dressing off. i still get sharp pains around my scar, inside and out. almost feels like period cramps but super intense and sharp rather than dull - if that makes sense 😅 i also never got a 6 week pp check up and sadly haven’t been able to see an obgyn since.
I'm sooo sorry this happened to you!! I hope you get pregnant soon! Almost 2 years trying now, had 3 chemicals that i know of, i think something going on that baby is not sticking. I had an emergency c section followed by internal bleeding so they had to open me back up to find the bleeder, this was a 3 hour surgery. They said it wasn't because of the c section, i understand that, but they told me that my uterus around the scar is very thin and they did not tell me why, I'm not a doctor but i think because they opened me twice. I was so sad everytime i got my period, mad, depressed, i was desperate. But now i changed my mindset, it will happen when the time is right.
Same boat here, been trying for almost 2 years now, also i believe that it has something to do with my c section scar. May I ask what happened during your c section?
