Picky eating

I am at my wits end at the moment. My nearly 2 year old has been a great eater. Loves having his Indian food and other dinners. But lately all he wants to eat is chapatis, he refuses the curry that goes along with it. When it comes to other foods, pasta, chilli other meals that we would normally eat. He is just refusing. At the moment it seems like his diet has no nutritional value to it. Can anyone please help or offer advice on what they have done if they have experienced anything similar. On the odd occasion he's woken up for a milk feed in the night because he's hungry. I don't want to go through that again.

I want to know the answer to this too! Our boy used to be great with food and now only wanting to eat crackers, cheese and fruit… I’m putting multi vitamins in his milk to try and get him some goodness!

Glad I’m not the only one going through this! The last few weeks since she’s had her second birthday she just won’t eat all the foods she’s always loved and I’m now stuck to about five different options two of those include tomatoes and cheese! So I feel like she’s constantly not getting a good meal inside her or the nutrition she needs x

@Sophia I've been doing the same too. I'm hoping eventually it will pass. I still keep giving him everything hoping he will try something x

This was helpful thank you 😊

My LO recently has been hardly eating his breakfast and lunch which we don’t normally have an issue with Personally we just continue to offer the usual and then try and ensure we offer snacks with some nutritional value so he’s at least getting something decent. Hopefully just a phase xx

My baby boy is living off of cheese, wotsits and yoghurt. Maybe some fruit if I'm lucky 🙄 plus he still hasn't got all his teeth yet either.

Mine too just went off food completely..just had wotsits, 1/2 chapati and a fruit pouch and will spit out anything else i try ...no nutrition in what she eats these days
