Has daycare made your child more independent when it comes to sleeping ?
My girl is about to start nursery (when she's around 1 yo) and hasn't napped or been in bed alone since she was born. She wakes up automatically if we move/roll out. Will we get some of our evenings back/be able to work whilst she naps eventually?

I didn’t find it helped but every baby is different! He slept great and independent at daycare but needed me a ton at home lol
Not for us. Our boy still contact naps and Co sleeps. He's 20 months now and started nursery around 10 months.
Nope didn’t really change anything at home
I think it takes time but it’ll Work . I co sleep too and my son used to contact nap but since he’s started nursery when I put him down for naps he sleeps better than before . Mind you he’s only been going for two weeks so it’s a a good sign
