Food!

Ugh can someone tell me simple foods to feed my picky 15 month old? I’m talking about stuff that’s still kindof healthy but not some fancy ass meal. Alot of you moms make these extra crazy extravagant meals and I’m thinking how the hell do you have the time and money? My son is picky and I feel like he’s either not getting enough food or it’s not that healthy. I just need ideas and ones that don’t take forever.

Quinoa, broccoli, blueberries, rotisserie chicken, cheese, rice, pasta, ground beef, savory greek yogurt, eggs, peas and carrots, apple sauce pancakes, deconstructed tacos

Simple things with healthy swaps- quesadilla with roasted veggie added, muffins with shredded veggies like carrots or zucchini, waffles with chia seeds and fruit. My favorite is these quinoa patties https://www.yummytoddlerfood.com/easy-quinoa-patties

I batch cook one or two things for the week and that’s the “base” for breakfast and lunch and then day of just add different sides that need no prep like cuties, cucumber, tomato, banana, etc.

Look up Yummy Toddler Food on Instagram, Facebook, or her website

So my toddler doesn’t do well for breakfast so she just calls it snacks. But I do yogurt or cheese cubes and a fruit. As for lunch I can do pasta and a vegetable. What does your son like ? What do you eat?
