We do weetabix and add in different fruits each time x

Weetabix? 0.8g sugar per piece

I find supermarket own brands have less sugar. She likes Rice crispies Malted wheaties (plain shreddies) Wheetabix Multigrain hoops Corn flakes. She occasionally gets the above but the honey version of them and she tends to get them with some fruit or a fruit pouch if we are in a rush.

M&S have just brought a new range out that lost the ingredients on the front and are a LOT healthier

We just do Rice Krispies, weetabix or smooth porridge (Tesco version of ready break essentially) she likes all of those. She doesn’t have anything added to them. Or she will have toast for breakfast, but i like to give porridge the most as i think its most filling, I like to save giving bread if i want to give her a sandwich later on.

My son weetabix or porridge

Yea weetabix and porridge with berries or cooked apples added. She’ll eat cornflakes with warm milk also. I add a little honey to sweeten sometimes

Weetabix or porridge and if he hasn’t been eating much recently I do cox him with coco pops just to get something in him

Cheerios or multigrain hoops are great for protein, fibre and their sugar is low impact per serving. We like rice crispies too and Weetabix but Cheerios have our little girls heart! Download the YUKA app. That helps us a lot with seeing sugar, salt, protein, fibre & additives in foods x

Shredded wheat, no sugar and my LO loves it. They have a bite size version

Rude health have a range of cereals that have absolutely no sugar in them. I use them with my son for sensory play as he still puts everything in his mouth.
