Parmesan
Hi.
What is everyone using in terms of Parmesan (if you do).
I have used the Sainsbury’s dried grated hard cheese until now as it was one of the only ones I could find with pasteurised milk. It seems most supermarket ones are made with unpasteurised milk. Is this something we still need to avoid/be cautious of?

We’ve never really been careful of this, which I’ll probably get hate for saying but at the end of the day there are so many things in place to keep us safe whilst eating unpasteurised cheese that the risk is extremely minimal and Parmesan has been one of my daughters favourite foods since she started eating (she literally dips food in it like sauce😭) it has a lot of nutritional benefits as well as being one of the only Naturally lactose free cheeses
