Allergy meds
I am deff feeling the allergy symptoms today, mainly sinus headache and stuffy. If anyone else is dealing with the same? what are you taking to help? I’m nervous to take anything and my usual go to is nasal spray

Ugh same! My acupuncturist told me to use a neti pot
I was told by nurse it's ok to take Claritin or nasal Saline
