Feeding

Yea my baby is the same but she’s like distracted to feed I think. It had been like that since 3 months and now she’s 9 months

Yeah that’s what I’m guessing. He also loves being on the move. He loves being in a pushchair and in the car and it just puts him to sleep so he just snoozes on and off and just forgets to eat. It then stresses me out Becuase I feel like he’s not eaten enough in the day lol

Yea my baby does the exact same. She went 5-6 hours refusing to feed outside. That’s why I don’t really take her out as much unless I really have too. Even with a breastfeedint cover she’s still nosey and wants to look around and not eat😭😭

Then it affects hee sleep at night cuz she didn’t have enough daytime calories

@Sarah feed him before he goes outside that’s what I do

@Nathalie yeah I tried doing that today, I tried feeding him in the car before we got out and tried to get as much in him as possible but tbh he’s a super fussy eater anyway, so some days are better than others. Just trying to not stress out too much. Which is easier said than done with babies!

Our 8 week old has always done this, I enjoy the extra free time tbh

I can relate to this, Sarah my lo from newborn use to not feed well, the advice one of health visitors said was 'feed him in a quiet room' tried alot seem to help abit but what we didn't know he had silent reflux plus a tongue tie. when he got to 3-5 months he was still doing it. I would have to rush back home if I was out to feed him. then I asked for support again and they said the opposite you should be feeding him round lots of ppl and noises!! I just don't think he like baby formula, his better with fresh milk now him 1

Yes this happened to me yesterday!! My baby is only 3 weeks old and every time we go out she just sleeps and doesn’t want to eat when we are out.
