My little boy is exactly the same, turned 15 months yesterday and refuses everything except potatoes, raspberries and yoguht. Ive been getting so worked up and stressed about it but im just trying to think something is better than nothing right.....I have no advise as I have no idea what I'm doing atm but just hear to say you're not alone 🥰
As someone that gave what I knew my first born would eat.. try not to do it!!! Just keep giving what you guys are eating for your meals. No snacks, no alternatives! They really don’t need as much as you think, and they’ll eat when they’re hungry. I now have a very restrictive 3.5 year old, so am determined not to make the same mistakes this time round if I can help it. I totally empathise though, all you want to do is see your babies eat their dinner!!
I have book a gp appointment for this reason and she said it's absolutely fine it's part of the process, just keep giving him options and monitor them, if needed to continue also to offer milk at least and loads of fruits as there no amount that's bad as long as is not just bananas as it can cause constipation x
My little one went through a similar phase and it really stressed me out 😂 To be honest nothing I did made any difference. Tried offering more little and often, still wasn't interested. I similarly gave him the same food as it was all I knew he'd eat, and it was also toast and raspberries (and egg). No words of wisdom. Just in solidarity. Hes back to eating us out of house and home this week 😂
