Meal inspiration..

Omlette with any steamed fresh or frozen veg chopped up chucked in, mushrooms, grated carrot, peppers, literally any veg you have or want to chuck in to add their variety of veg’s in. Sprinkle of good quality mince meat, or other meats, or fish, sprinkle of cheese. Then cut omlette into omlette strips. There’s literally more veg and protein (fish or meat) in it than egg. So I guess it sometimes turns into like a frittata 🤣 but my girl goes mad for them I even chuck a sprinkle of some low salt Jamie Oliver mixed lentil grains type microwave packets in there to bulk them out with that. She goes crazy for them and eats them next day cold doesn’t have to be warm

Also find if I’m feeding something I’ve cooked or whatever and she’s turning her nose up at it I get that ‘collective’ brand think it is, coconut yoghurt and mix a bit in after dapping it on her mouth if she’s being super fussy that meal and she eats it if she’s going through a funny phase as that coconut yoghurt seems to be big hit making something she didn’t want now suddenly desirable 🤣

Can get those healthy smoothie frozen packets of like spinach mango greens etc from supermarket, blend with healthy low sugar yoghurt (we use kefir in our house), chuck some chia seeds or oats in blending all together and make a few jars for the coming days if rushed for time. Or can obviously use fresh fruits with it.
