My baby won’t eat this

My little girl would not eat any of the food I cooked for her, she won’t eat freshly made food, and I have to give her something else either toast or Ella’s kitchen pouches (savory ones) or yogurt. 5 out of 10 times she would reject the food I made for her. I’m not a great cook and not very creative. But it’s getting very frustrating. She is 14 months

My daughter is also 14mths ... considering this is my 3rd child I'm finding this experience overwhelming! You might already do this but do you blend your food up? Or leave it as it is? I honestly feel like mu daughters don't consists of crossiants amd crumpets 🤣🤣🤦🏻‍♀️ Honestly it really is hard.... she likes a banana but other fruits it's like wtf is that! X

Hmm i had this with my son but it turned out he was teething because now he will eat what i make. I understand your frustration, i felt the same and you put so much effort into making food!

Going through the exact same thing. It could be that you’re feeding too much milk/liquids and baby is full by the time it’s meal time.

My boy has gone through a fussy eating phase since being ill at winter. Now he either has toast or sloppy foods, like baby food! One thing getting me by is fresh soups! I buy the tubs (not tinned as they have higher salt and sugar) I get him the vegetable, chicken and veg, or some tomato (again, this flavour can have high sugar so check) and add chunks of bread. If lumpy I can easily mash down. But find it’s a way of getting fresh food in him when he’s having a fussy day. Also I sometimes cook orzo pasta and add that as an alternative.
