Help with periods

Hi everyone so pretty much after I had my LG I had my implant put back in and just before that I started to get my period again well since then it’s been about 7-8 weeks and I have had a constant period for the last 5 weeks it’s just constant I don’t even get a day where it’s minimal just all the time any one had the same experience or should I see a doctor cause it’s officially pushed me to the limit I haven’t got time in the day to change a pad every hr cause I need to as I have always had heavy flows and it’s completely ruined my sex life just as it was stating to happen again 😩
