What’s the price of a full time nanny in London?

Debating if we can afford a second baby. No idea how much money we would need to pay for a nanny. If anyone has one at the moment please comment below.

It will depend on your area, live in/live out x

I’d have a look on childcare.co.uk for around you to see what the going rate etc is :)

I used childcare.co.uk to get ours but I’m outskirts of London and our nanny is £15ph. London prices were about £20/£22ph. If your nanny has the right qualifications they can get ofstead registered and you can get the 15-30 hours contributed. Our nanny would work out £3000 a month without contribution and then with once my LO qualifies for 30 hours it’s an extra 17 hours a week we’d pay on top x

I would spend that time with my baby and give them all my attention rather than hiring a stranger. If you are debating whether you can afford it or not, then you probably can’t and it will just be a constant struggle
