Snack ideas

LO’s appetite has increased and wondering what are your bubs snacking on? Please tell me what can I do better on my LO’s meals when is not in the nursery: Morning first thing - boob followed by bottle Breakfast - Oats with fruit and one scrambled egg most days Snack - rice cracker and dairylea cheese slice and fruit Lunch - chicken/ rice / pasta type of things Snack 2 - rice cracker or a cheese slice and fruit/ boob Dinner - same as lunch Post dinner -milk

Breakfast - porridge, cereal, toast, overnight oats, toast roll ups, breakfast cake bars, crumpets, croissants, fried/scrambled egg, omelette, full English, breakfast muffin Snacks - fruits, crackers + cheese, carrot based pizza, pinwheels, flapjacks, oat bars, fruit cakes, smoothie, baby snacks, yogurt, biscuits (can make some) Lunch/dinner - whatever we are having for dinner. We alternate potato, pasta, rice and other through the week and then alternate different meats and include vegetarian meals too.

This is similar to our schedule (no boob though lol just cows milk first thing and last thing) but I also do a small porridge after dinner x

We make up these little mini omelettes that we pop in the oven in a muffin tray, egg and veggies, cook for 10-20 minutes. A couple of those are good snacks! Also little pancakes, and like others have said fruit and cheese, oat bars, a slice of toast etc
