Breakfast: toast, porridge, weetabix, cornflakes, banana pancakes, fruit, yogurt. Snacks: Melty sticks, crisps, veggie straws, porridge fingers, pizza roll ups, scrambled egg
We have had porridge every morning since weaning, but mix up the topper, it’s such a great whole food breakfast- usually add berries, nuts/seeds. Snacks- boiled egg, fruit, authentic Greek yoghurt (naturally high in protein) with seeds/nuts. In all honesty we don’t mix it up that much. But have a lot of variation at dinner.
