Maternity leave

Hi all, how long are you all having off work? I'll be going back to work when my little one is 10 months old (using 9 months maternity leave and bolstering the end with annual leave). I'll be returning full time but hopefully across 4 days. Already makes me feel sad about leaving my little one ☹️

I took 16 weeks off work- going back when LG is 4 months. I’m working fully remote though so I can still be with my LG, but still not looking forward to going back to work!

Going back in August when LO is 6 months. I've been dreading going back to work since before she was born and before I was on mat leave. It's financially so difficult to have more time off

@Ellie I understand. I'm lucky my work's maternity package is good, otherwise I'd be back sooner! Still a while to go until August though luckily 😊

I’m going back when my little boy is 11 months old full time and can’t say I’m looking forward to it x

I'll be going back when my LO will be 10 months. I am on maternity allowance so getting paid very little, but I managed to save some money before getting pregnant so I can top up the difference. Not looking forward to it at all... 😔
