Chickenpox
So my little girl has these spots... she hasn't been poorly at all with them and hasn't found them itchy so I was unsure if they actually are pox. Our 10 month old hasn't shown any signs. They are mostly on her face, neck, behind ears and then a few on her back and tummy.
My little girl currently has chicken pox (about a hundred times more spots though!) and this is what hers look like now we are on day 4. She hasn't been overly poorly thankfully- just zero appetite. Hopefully it is and you've just got away with it very lightly!
