@Leigh if you put breastmilk directly onto the skin, that will clear it up
You can put some breastmilk in the bath for baby also which should help
My 3month had acne on her face - I started washing her face with a wet tissue and it cleared up.
My eldest had acne in his early weeks. I cleaned him with sterile water and then dabbed breast milk on cotton wool on the effected areas and it cleared eventually x

Honestly, the only thing that actually helped my baby was Mustela cleansing water and then I moisturized with baby aveeno dermexa
The only thing that helped my daughters newborn acne was mustela cleansing water twice a day. You can't stop the spots coming as its hormonal but it helps clear them up faster x
It peaks around 4-6 weeks so you’ll find it will fade soon 😊
@Suzie did you use moisturiser too? I’ve been using twice a day since Thu and now she’s sooo dry on top!
Coconut oil was great for our little boys
I put colostrum onto a cotton pad for my little girl everyday and it cleared her face! Xx
@Leigh I use to cover my little girl in it (like a moisturiser) at night time and in the morning xxxx
It will clear up, my daughter had it really bad but it did go down, took a few weeks though

I used aveeno baby moisturiser on my LBs baby acne recommended by my midwife (mum to mum rather than official) and it cleared up within a few days

@hannah no I didn't, as I'm pretty sure it's excessive moisture caused by hormones that leads to the acne in the first place, so moisturising could potentially make it worse x
Looks just like my little girls, do you also notice it gets worse when he’s been napping on you? I can send you pics if u like when possible try and pop him down or make sure you have material between your skin and his I know it’s easier said than done but it does clear !! Also mustella clensing waters meant to be good xx

I used mustela cleansing water and applied aquaphor afterwards, it helped calm it down immediately and went away within a week!
My son had the same (only face) I didn’t do anything. It went away after few weeks
My son had this too, it did fade over a few weeks 😊
