TW BLOOD
He’s had a bit of an unsettled night and has been coughing a bit and woke up in the middle of the night and sneezed and a TINY bit of blood was in his snot I showed my partner and he said he probably scratched his nose which made sense so we all went back to sleep and then this morning he sneezed again but then all this blood came out. We’ve been to the doctors and he doesn’t seem concerned but I’m just wondering what all you other mothers think? Has anyone else experienced this?

Could be a clotted nose bleed? If it hasn't been more i wouldn't worry about it personally. But If you're not comfy with it go get checked.
If you're still concerned go to UTC or A&E for a second opinion. Could just be from irritation that's caused minor bleeding but difficult to know just from a picture. Always best to get it checked if you are worried though, no one is going to judge you for being worried about your child.
