Teeth grinding
How does one stop a baby from grinding their teeth together, my daughter has just learned that she can do that after she had gotten her 4 top teeth, I don’t know if it’s bad for them but the noise hurts my own teeth💀

My son started when he got his 4 teeth in. When it was really bad I’d give him his pacifier cause it gives me the eebie jeebies when I hear it lol. But he stopped after about 2 weeks. He does do it everytime a new tooth comes in tho!
I’m at 14 months with 10 teeth and I need to make it stop too😭
