She might be fine without milk then have a look at the NHS website it says how much calcium they need a day
Id say don't bother giving milk and the guidance changed so it doesn't need to be full fat anymore. Semi skimmed is fine.
have you tried nondairy milks?
The thing is she is still waking for feeds in the night (at least one feed) and yes I’ve tried non dairy milk too
If you want her to have full fat milk maybe try giving her the skim that she had with cereal and then slowly change it to the full fat milk. You could mix a bit of the full fat in after she's used to drinking the skim and slowly increase the amount of full fat milk til she's used to it. I ended up doing it with my son.
My daughter never drank milk. She got what she needed from real food. Have you talked to your pediatrician about it?
Have you tried just water at night?
Is she having cheese and yoghurts and other dairy too?
