Best advice would be to ignore the comments or tell them to shut up. 😂 Guard yourself and your baby.
Yep! I get this daily. Or the “are you sure you still have 9 weeks because I don’t think you’re gonna make it”. 🙄
I had people do that throughout my pregnancy. The best piece of advice I can say is to take it with a grain of salt. If you and baby are healthy, that is all that matters. Our bodies change so much during pregnancy - and everyone is different. My confident momma, you are protecting your little one and they are growing the way they need to ❤️
I also get it a lot! Everyone has a different body and there is no shame on how we each carry our babies.
Girllll don’t I know it ugh! This is my third pregnancy and they say with every pregnancy your body shifts and gets obviously bigger to make room for your ever growing Bebe! I hateeee the comments people say … and you know what I do?! I throw it right back at em! “ oh wow you’re huge!” “ not as huge as you are!” … “ wow are you having twins…?!” “ no but you must be !” “ wow you look miserable “ “ not as miserable as YOUUUU look” and then I smile a smug smile and keep waddling my preggo booty on! I hate how people think they can just say anything and everything to someone that’s pregnant…had a waitress touch my belly so I touched hers lol 😂 she was shocked and I said “ yup that’s how I felt when you touched me unwanted lets keep our hands to ourselves “ be bold , be brave, and advocate for you and you baby mamas!!! We got this!! We are strong 💪🏾!!! Put them in their place cause if their bold enough to say/ touch be bold enough to push back!
@Shelby I love your approach 🤣. I did have a stranger touch my stomach the other day and I looked at them and asked them what they were doing. They said they wanted to feel the baby so I just told them “umm I’m not pregnant”
Yes! I was so small before pregnancy now my bump is huge and so are my boobs!
I get the opposite, however its still very frustrating. Before conceiving I was a size 12. I definitely have gone up a few sizes but because of my body shape, I don’t appear pregnant but instead “fat.” My best advice is to ignore them as their opinion is irrelevant.
It's my first baby..and I was a size 12 when I conceived. Shared some photos with friends and family recently and they keep commenting my bump is so tiny for 27weeks. I was upset and worried if my weight was impacting my baby's growth & all. My doc said all looks normal and I measure right. So annoying the comments coming from close ones..
