Baby suffering from cold from many days

Hello Mamas!! My little one is 6 months 2 weeks old and suffering from cold past 20 days though we are doing nasal drops everyday he didn’t recover fully. Not sure is it common that babies take time to recover or need a doctor visit . Any suggestions are appreciated!! Thanks !!
