Flying with a 3 year old

Hey! I’m flying with Ryan Air and it’s unclear from there website up to what age we get x2 ‘baby equipment’ (I’d like to take a pram & car seat) My son is 2 years 10 months. Has anyone got experience of this? Thanks.
