Toddler eating nothing

My daughter has never been great with food but this is next level… she is living off fruit and yoghurt. She won’t eat any other food, I’ve been giving her a multi vitamin to make sure she’s getting enough everything she needs, but I’m getting so stressed… she takes one bite and is done with everything on her plate… anyone else? Did anything help?

I’m not going through this personally, but in early years we’ve suggested to parents to still keep their safe foods, but offer something new beside on the plate. If your child picks it up, celebrate. Smells it, celebrate, eats it and so on. Just be consistent in offering a new food, but keep the new food the same thing for the week so she’s getting used to it. If she takes one bite and is done, put the plate to the side and offer it again in 40/60 minutes. She could just be a grazer and eat picky bits throughout the day x

I have a 3-year-old daughter and she was like this. Still doesn't eat well but at least something during meals. What helped was to leave the meal out on the table buffet-style so she could come back to it any time. Vitamins also help, the B-vitamins increase the appetite!

My son went through this for about a month, now his eating anything and everything he gets his hands on🤣

My LG was a great eater and now she is eating nothing even the things she likes she isn’t eating it she is living of breast milk … every one is saying it’s a phase but it’s has been for a couple of month now ..

Does your little one do nursery or similar? My so eats so much more at nursery or if he’s eating with another kid. We’re trying to eat together for dinner as often as is logistically possible to encourage eating. Just keeping offering and hoping it improves, also been making some oat bars that look like the shop bought ones with sneaky veg in, just for a few extra nutrients.
