I’m so sorry that you’re going through this . Keep yourself busy . Give yourself time to come to terms with everything , your little girl will get you through
@Sophie I am in the uk, I’m 32 and they offer group sessions but it’s just not something I would do because I wouldn’t be comfortable. I do have family that help from time to time in between work and other life events and she currently goes to nursery twice a week, but working full time looking after a toddler and missing that adult interaction it’s really difficult
@Jay thank you
So sorry for your loss ❤️ This lady on Instagram is a widow with young twins, her husband died of cancer when they were babies. She has a blog and a wonderful community of people in similar situations. https://www.instagram.com/cocoscaravan?igsh=MTdoczh1bzgwbzlyOA==
Not me personally but my fiancé’s friend’s wife passed away from breast cancer at the age of 28 leaving his friend with 2 small children (aged 2 & 5) 😢 a couple of years have passed and he’s now in a new relationship with a woman who also had 2 kids so they are now a big blended family and all doing really well I’m sorry for you loss, it’s really heartbreaking to hear. Definitely give yourself time to heal, it’ll all work out in the end x
@Nikki-Lee thank you, I’ll take a look
I’m so sorry you’re going through this. I haven’t personally been through it, but if your in the uk I know theirs lots of charities that can help with dealing with the grief but also may be able to help with support for your little one so you can get a little break. Do you have any family or close friends that may be able to help you with taking little lady of your hands once a week for a few hours just so you can grieve/ just sit in silence have a bath ect. Xx
