Ik it can feel like it helps by testing but honestly if you just surrender and understand that it’s out of your hands, you will have a lot more peace. I’ve had 6 miscarriages. I gave up on constant testing. If it sticks it sticks. There is literally nothing I could’ve done to prevent I was on progesterone.
